meadowstep offers a selection of artificial plants, including potted plants, decorative trees, and other greenery chosen for lifelike appeal and easy styling.

Will my artificial plants look exactly like the photographs?

We aim to show every product as accurately as possible. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. Individual artificial plants may also vary slightly in foliage texture, measurements, and leaf and branch placement.

Artificial plants may arrive with foliage compressed from packaging and shipping. Please follow the product’s instructions when gently shaping or arranging adjustable leaves and branches.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact customer service promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Can I return my order?
